Welcome to the Services of the Gentle Touch Doulas. We have a sample birth plan for you to fill out to submit with your request for services. Some parents like to have a plan to go by when they write up their wishes for labor and delivery. More plans are available on the internet under the heading BIRTH PLANS, LABOR PLANS. We would like you to talk over your wishes together and when you meet with your doula she can assist you in completing the plan to your needs.
