As a postpartum doula, I address concerns as well as everyday tasks. Offering the mother and family effective support by educating and nurturing empowers the new family towards confidence in adapting to life in the first few weeks after birth.

My multifaceted clinical experience assists, at whatever level of need, in guiding a family with breastfeeding, newborn characteristics and care, integrating a newborn into the home, normal physiologic recovery for the mother and support measures, multiples, postpartum mood disorders, support for a grieving family, and providing referrals to resources as needed. Guidance, Reassurance, and Comfort are what I like to bring to a family at this incredibly special time!
